	Vicarm is pleased to quote on the delivery of a Stanford Arm Assembly
with Optical Encoders.  This assembly includes all the components listed on the
enclosed parts list, plus other special assemblies of these components.  Instructions,
installation details, and a reasonable amount of consulting services are also
included.

	The current price for this assembly  as described above is $6500 F.O.B. Purdue.  Payment to 
be made as follows.  $3500 minimum payable within 10 days of delivery of the complete
kit of components.  The balance is due within 70 days of delivery.  Delivery is 13
weeks ARO for the complete assembly.  Certain components will be delivered earlier to 
facilitate your fabrication of the other required parts and components not included
in this assembly kit.

	Due to a forthcomming price increase, this quotation is valid for 15 days only.

	Reference is also made to our quotation in response to your R.F.Q. No. Y-3100
of May 22, 1974.  The Stanford Arm Assembly with Optical Encoders is the same in
both of these quotations.\.
